**Responsibilities would include**:

- Managing an established book of business (servicing, renewals, remarkets)
- Responsible for incoming sales of personal auto and home insurance existing business
- Responsible for cross-selling our current portfolio
- Exceptional Customer Service

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a General Insurance License - Level 1
- Working towards CAIB or CIP
- Minimum 1 year experience in Personal Lines
- Knowledge of some personal lines insurance company portals/autoplus
- Knowledge of broker management system (Power Broker preferable)
- Possess strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Goal oriented with a belief in quality customer service
- Great interpersonal & communication skills
- A positive and energetic attitude
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and comfortable with technology
- Works well in a team environment
