Job Summary

We are looking for a Membership Sales and Member Motivator at Anytime Fitness in Brantford, ON on King George Rd. This is a part time, base plus commission sales job in the fitness industry. Anytime Fitness Brantford, requires an ambitious and energetic individual who will be responsible for driving membership sales and providing a motivating and uplifting experience to members. New members are going to thank you for helping them change their lives. This position offers a competitive wage of $17 to $18 per hour, paid biweekly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote membership sales at Anytime Fitness Brantford
- Constantly identify new sales opportunities to increase Anytime Fitness’ visibility in the community
- Develop deep relationships with new and existing members
- Actively and enthusiastically engage with members to ensure a positive fitness experience
- Perform opening and closing duties, and ensure the facility is open and clean for members
- Address any inquiries from members and guests and provide information on membership options

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven sales experience preferable in the fitness, hospitality, retail, or related industry
- Proactive and motivated approach to sales and customer service
- Flexible schedule to accommodate peak hours and special events
- Ability to communicate effectively and upsell membership packages
