**Manning Elliott LLP**is seeking a motivated and accomplished **Manager**for our Private Company service line. In this role, you will be responsible for managing expectations for your team and ensuring exceptional client service is provided. You will assist your existing clients by identifying and evaluating new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be committed to the development of your team and take pride in the work you and your team produce.

**Reports to**:Senior Manager/Partner

**Responsibilities**
- Manages and prioritizes multiple engagements
- Responsible for all aspects of client service
- Production and billing management
- Advises, coaches and supports team members
- Actively supports and participates in firm wide initiatives
- Participates in the firm’s Team Development and Performance Management ProgramPromote the firm’s system of quality control**Qualifications**
- CPA designation with a minimum of three years post qualification experience
- Significant audit and assurance experience working with Canadian Auditing Standards, and Canadian Standards on Review Engagements
- Technical expertise in ASPE and ASNPO financial reporting frameworks
- Strong depth and breadth of technical knowledge
- Sound professional judgement
- Strong client relationship and client advisory skills
- Strong Mandarin and English communication skills - written and verbal.
- Experience in delivery of quality client service
- Experience adhering to internal firm processes and controls
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and mentor team members (minimum 3 years experience)Experience producing and presenting technical training materials to firm members**Compensation & Benefits**
