**Responsibilities**
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning dishes under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers.
- Support the kitchen team during food service by bussing tables and ensuring timely delivery of clean dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, workstations, and storage areas.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance.
- Assist with catering setups and banquet service as needed.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying management of shortages or equipment issues.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Experience with food preparation tasks such as cooking, plating, or basic culinary techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed.
