**Interior Design Assistant - Part-Time (Hybrid Role)**:

- Calgary, AB_

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Interior Design Assistant** to join our team This hybrid role combines both in-person and remote responsibilities and offers hands-on experience with custom residential projects, with a focus on basements and interior finishes.

**In-Person Responsibilities**:

- Attend custom design selections meetings alongside the lead designer
- Join site visits for custom basement projects _(attendance as needed, based on designer’s discretion)_
- Run occasional errands such as sample drop-offs
- Assist with 5-10 professional photoshoots per month

**Remote Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile invoices and track project-related expenses
- Create flat lays and mood boards for client presentations
- Make minor updates to floorplans using internal drawing software
- Manage and schedule content for the company Instagram account
- Prepare and send post-photoshoot design summaries
- Strong interest in interior design with a good eye for detail
- Comfortable with both in-person client interaction and remote admin/design tasks
- Self-motivated and able to manage time across multiple projects
- Experience with design software is a plus
- Social media savvy and confident in curating visual content

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

- Commission pay
