The ideal candidate will have an appreciation for superior design work and will come from a background demonstrating this. You will be involved in a variety of projects across different sectors, both small and large including multi-family, mixed-use, hospitality, first nations, recreational, commercial, amongst others, and you will utilize your communication skills to make design presentations to clients.WHAT'S REQUIREDThe strong candidate will be at an intermediate or preferably senior level, and possess robust designs skills, be exceptionally creative and have as strong imagination and be well versed in working with a range of project types. You will possess at least 7+ years of experience working with design and be capable of working independently with clients and consultants and responsible for all phases of design.
