**SCOPE OF THE POSITION**

**THE MANDATE**:

- Establish, maintain and monitor various inventory reports and processes (weekly, monthly and quarterly).
- Provide insight and analysis on reports
- Establish and review inventory KPIs for the Supply Chain function.
- Lead various ad hoc analyses relating to inventory optimization and customer reporting.
- Ensure compliance for all applicable inventory policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory governance (reporting & routines).
- Perform monthly close financial reporting and annual budgeting for inventory.
- Work cross-functionally to support various customer inventory analysis / reporting

**THE CANDIDATE**:

- University degree or college diploma in Business with specialization in Finance or Management Accounting.
- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in Finance or related field. Experience within Operations Finance or Inventory Management is an asset.
- Must have strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Must be advanced in Excel (Pivot table, SQL Reports, Macros, VLOOKUP, SUMIFs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (experience working with cross-functional teams and independently).
- Ability to analyze data in a fast-paced and results driven environment.
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry is considered a strong asset.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- supply chain: 1 year (preferred)
- supply chain management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brampton, ON
