Genuine Tea is an award-winning tea company based in Toronto. We are a small but growing team and are looking for a new member to join the fun Our office environment is fast-paced, rapidly evolving, friendly and energetic.

We are looking for someone who is a TEAm player. You must be efficient while still maintaining a strong attention to detail. We also require that you’re organized, can follow direction and work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
**Order Fulfillment**:

- Assisting the Front of House (FOH) team with picking and packing online, wholesale and pick-up orders
- Following packaging guidelines to ensure items are protected in transit
- Creating and printing shipping labels in Shipstation
- Preparing and shipping monthly Matcha Club shipments
- Ensuring FOH is restocked and organized at the end of each day

**Other Responsibilities**:

- General office and warehouse tasks including re-stocking shelves, cleaning etc.
- Basic inventory management

**Qualifications**:

- High school or equivalent diploma
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize the various needs of the business
- Ability to remain adaptable and flexible
- Strong attention to detail

**Other requirements include**:

- Must utilize computer software for inventory management and logistics solutions (CIN-7 Systems + Shipstation + Shopify)

Training provided, previous picking and packing experience in order fulfillment preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of computer systems
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Efficient / Fast worker
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
