Part Time E-commerce Order Fulfilment Associate

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our E-commerce warehouse team at LINE10 Tools in Scarborough.

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of fulfilling customer orders, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating outbound shipments to Amazon Fulfillment Centers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and prepare outbound shipments to fulfill customer orders using specialized software such as Shipstation, Clickship, and Seller Central.
- Plan and prepare outbound Amazon FBA shipments, ensuring compliance with Amazon rules and policies through quality control inspections of goods, SKUs, and barcodes.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Receive inbound shipments from suppliers, ensuring accurate documentation and verification of contents.
- Label, package, and prepare products for shipping, ensuring proper handling and adherence to shipping guidelines.
- Provide assistance with marketing duties, including posting products online on platforms such as Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, eBay, and social media.

**Qualifications**:

- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment (e.g., Amazon, Hudson Bay, Walmart) is highly advantageous.
- Flexible part-time availability, with the ability to work at least 3 days from Monday to Friday (no weekends).
- Must reside in close proximity to our warehouse located in Scarborough near Kennedy Commons.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
