Cranbrook Toyota is looking for an experienced, customer service centric Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team.

**About the Role**:
Service Advisors are the main contact with our service guests. They are tasked with greeting customers, listening to their needs, consulting customers on their vehicles needs and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Cranbrook Toyota is looking for individuals who are knowledgeable, detailed, and can communicate to staff and customers through a variety of communication tools.

**Schedule**: Full time; 5 days per week

**Wage**:$54,000 to $90,000 per year

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Greeting our guests in a courteous & prompt manner
- Initiate vehicle service consultation, document customer concerns, recommend necessary maintenance.
- Generate repair orders based on guest work flow and any additional information provided during check-in.
- Discuss repairs with technicians and provide estimates as required.
- Maintain consistent contact with the guest for the duration of their vehicles service by updating on the status of their vehicle.
- Review the invoice with the customer and ensure their vehicle is ready for service delivery.
- Arrange alternate transportation for guests while their vehicle is being serviced.
- Schedule appointments for customers and follow-up on specially ordered parts and open work orders.
- Maintain a Customer Satisfaction score that is greater than the zone average.

**What you'll Bring**:

- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Preferred 1+ years of past experience as a service advisor or service consultant
- Very energetic personality
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
