Product Advisor

Cranbrook Kia is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Product Advisor to join our dynamic team.

**Position: Product Advisor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them through our range of vehicles.
- Providing expert knowledge on the features, benefits, and specifications of our Kia models.
- Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Working collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and Kia product offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales or a related customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude.
- A valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in computer systems, internet, social media
- Not afraid to market yourself to your personal network and beyond

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
