We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Student - Clerk to join our team for the summer. This role is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain practical experience in a professional setting while supporting various administrative and clerical tasks.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Assist with entering UPC codes, changing bin location numbers, and editing the warehouse floor plan, in preparation for RF.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records in our databases
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence
- File and organize documents, both physical and digital
- Labelling, filing, creating excel sheets and organizing documents
- Any other administrative duties as requested

**Required Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
