We are currently seeking a skilled **Line Cook** with experience in Thai or Asian cooking, particularly with high-range wok, to join our dedicated kitchen team at the ANCASTER, ON. location.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible, but not limited to, for preparing and cooking dishes on the wok, grill, fryer and traditional Thai cooking methods as per menu. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring each dish meets our high standards for quality, flavor, and presentation. Must be able to lift between 30-50lbs.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Prepare/cook dishes following all safety standards.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Ensure proper ingredient handling, storage, and cleanliness in line with food safety standards.
- Work efficiently and effectively to prepare dishes during busy hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Helping with the cleaning of dishes.
- Assist with prep work and breakdown of the kitchen at the end of shifts.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- **Qualifications**:_
- At least 1 year of experience as a line cook, with expertise in high-range wok cooking techniques.
- Knowledge about Asian cuisine.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering high-quality food.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
