Inventory Manager

Job Description:
As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process to guarantee accurate stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and ensure timely availability of goods. Your expertise in inventory control will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. We are hiring for our client EnviroNest.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies that align with business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels, replenishment cycles, and demand forecasts to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to manage order lead times and ensure timely deliveries.
- Implement inventory tracking systems to accurately record and manage stock movement.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and improve overall efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
