**Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Client Solutions Specialist, you will provide onboarding training for our clients as well as technical support. You will help our customers by troubleshooting software and hardware issues, providing instruction on software features as well as providing training and configuring reports in Excel.

This opportunity might be for you if:

- Bilingual (French/English) is required.
- You have post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- You have 1-3 years' experience in a Training, Technical Service or Support role.
- You possess a strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- You have proven customer service experience.
- You have experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Your written and verbal communication skills are strong and professional.
- You have a high attention to detail and organizational skills.
- You can work a variety of shifts between Monday-Friday, 8 am-9 pm (Atlantic Time), based on customer needs. Shiftwork is on rotation. The shifts we work are 8-5, 9-6, and 12-9.
- Work is both in office or remotely, based on applicant location.

**Responsabilités**

En tant que spécialiste de solutions à la clientèle, vous fournirez une formation d’intégration à nos clients ainsi qu’un soutien technique. Vous aiderez nos clients en dépannant les problèmes de logiciels et matériels, en fournissant des instructions sur les fonctionnalités du logicielles ainsi qu’en fournissant une formation et en configurant des rapports Excel.

Cette opportunité pourrait être pour vous si:

- Bilinguisme (français/anglais) requis
- Vous avez une formation post-secondaire ou une expérience équivalente
- Vous avez 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de formation, de service technique ou de soutien
- Vous possédez une solide maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier d’Excel
- Vous avez de l’expérience avérée en service à la clientèle
- Vous avez de l’expérience avec les plateformes CRM, de préférence Salesforce
- Vos compétences en communication écrite et verbale sont solides et professionnelles
- Vous avez une grande attention aux détails et des compétences organisationnelles
- Vous pouvez effectuer divers quarts de travail entre le lundi et le vendredi, de 8 h à 21 h (heure de l’Atlantique), en fonction des besoins des clients. Le travail posté est en rotation. Les quarts de travail que nous travaillons sont 8-5, 9-6, et 12-9
- Le travail est à la fois au bureau ou à distance
