As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced **Foreman** to lead and oversee our field crews on-site and help us maintain our standard of excellence.

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a **Plumbing & Mechanical Foreman** to supervise and coordinate plumbing and mechanical installations on construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to blueprints and specifications. This role involves both hands-on work and leadership duties.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise jobsite plumbing and mechanical crews
- Coordinate daily activities and delegate tasks to team members
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, and project requirements
- Order and manage materials and tools for job sites
- Monitor progress and report to project managers
- Perform quality inspections to ensure high standards
- Mentor apprentices and support professional development of team
- Communicate with clients, general contractors, and inspectors as needed

**Experience**
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing and/or mechanical systems
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience on construction sites
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, OSHA safety practices, and mechanical plans
- Ability to manage timelines, crews, and budgets
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

**How to Apply**

Pay: $24.70-$47.84 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
