**The Role**

Edmonton Kenworth Ltd. is looking for a Journeyman Parts Technician for our West location, to provide assistance to internal and external customers, providing advice on required parts, companion parts, available specials and exposure to our full product line.

**Responsibilities**

Have a thorough understanding of Kenworth parts and associated electronic Parts catalogues and computer systems

Provision of sound customer service in a fast paced Parts environment

Stay abreast of technology and attend training as it becomes available

**Requirements**:

- Certified Journeyman Parts Technician. Third year apprentices will be considered
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years’ experience in a Parts department, preferably in the heavy truck parts industry
- Experience with electronic catalogues

**Shift**

This is a permanent full time position that includes afternoon, evening, and Saturday shifts as well as after-hours phone call out.
