Shipping and Receiving Clerk

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 4pm
- Overtime must be explicitly requested and approved.
- We ship the majority of merchandise to the USA so you may be asked to work on specific public holidays, with the option of taking an alternative day off.

**Qualifications (required)**:

- Able to communicate in English and French
- Can lift up to 50 lbs (~22 kg) boxes comfortably and be on their feet for the majority of their shift
- Punctual, always on time
- Able to work efficiently alone and in a team
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Comfortable using computers (Windows) and spreadsheets in MS Excel or LibreOffice

**Preferred Assets but not required**:

- Possess a forklift license
- Experience working with small-parcel delivery couriers (FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, USPS, etc.)
- Knowledge of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) services

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Picking and packing for orders to be shipped
- Preparing shipping documents and printing shipping labels
- Receiving deliveries, checking packing slips for accuracy of inventory
- Restocking product returns
- Updating inventory levels for warehouse stock
- Coordinating with our Customer Service team to resolve shipping related issues with customer orders. (You will never speak directly to customers)

- Average 15 minute public transit commute (bus 202, 100, or 175 Ouest) from Metro Station Du Collège
