Lloydminster, Canada Herles Truck And Auto Full time

Duties:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately assess their vehicle's needs
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance services
- Explain repair estimates and obtain customer approval for work to be performed
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history
- Process payments and handle cash transactions

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role as a Service Advisor or Automotive Service Writer
- Comprehensive automobile/mechanic knowledge
- Comprehensive computer knowledge
- Team player

Highly organized
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- positive, upbeat and outgoing personality
- You must have a clean drivers abstract-You must be bondable

**Please note that additional duties may be assigned as needed**

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

- Automotive repair: 2 years (required)
