**Job Overview**

Expected hours: 25hr minimum up to 40hrs per week. Mix of evening, day and weekend shifts available.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers
- Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling transactions
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication

**Duties**

**-**Sort and select inventory based on Store needs
- Engage with customers to provide a positive shopping experience
- Enter product into POS system to price inventory
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in tagging, hanging & restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory level
- Manage cash handling processes accurately, including processing transactions through the POS system.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Leverage technology sales knowledge to educate customers on the latest products and services available.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with clients as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment.

Pay: From $17.40 per hour
