**Job Title**: Brand Ambassador - Beer & Beverage
**Start Date**: September 2025
**Schedule**: Part-time (weekdays and weekends), with potential to transition into full-time.
**Locations**:Winnipeg & rural Manitoba
**Wage**: Starting at $18

**About the Role**

Lake of the Woods Brewing Company is on the lookout for energetic, craft beer-loving Brand Ambassadors to bring our brewery experience to life across Manitoba. As the face of our brand, you’ll connect with customers, share our story, and make every interaction memorable, all while helping to grow awareness and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent Lake of the Woods Brewing Company in a professional, engaging and passionate way.
- Lead product sampling and represent the brand at events.
- Educate customers on our beer, brand & what makes us unique.
- Create a fun, welcoming and elevated experience at every interaction.
- Build brand awareness, recruit new fans and drive sales.
- Track and report key insights and feedback from each event.
- Collaborate with stores to support merchandising and visibility.
- Be the go-to face of the brand at tastings, in-store samplings, and events.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous brand ambassador, sampling or event experience is an asset, but not required.
- Smart Choices MB certification (or willingness to complete immediately upon hire).
- Charismatic, outgoing and a confident communicator.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to both work independently and collaborate as a team.
- Confidence in offering product recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Flexible schedule, ability to work evenings and weekends are a must.
- Physically able to lift 25-50lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
- Access to a personal vehicle for transporting equipment, product and conducting store visits. This is mandatory.
- Assist with set-up and take-down at events.
