CE proudly distributes the Carrier, Bryant and Payne brands of HVAC equipment for the use in Commercial and Residential markets, as well as a full-line of aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories. CE has 36 locations across Canada. We are currently accepting internal and external applicants for a Refrigeration Specialist._ *Reporting to:* Area Manager, Eastern Region *Location:* Ottawa, ON *The Opportunity* The person will need to have strong refrigeration and compressor knowledge to be able to provide expert customer service to our refrigeration/compressor customers at the branch.
- Strong refrigeration and compressor knowledge to be able to provide expert customer service to our refrigeration/compressor customers at the branch or across the region.
- Work with sales and marketing to create excitement around new refrigeration focus around refrigeration /compressor products.
- Work with Refrigeration Account manager and Inventory planning to ensure proper product selection available across the region
- Handle customer and WWGTotaline counter associates calls and inquiries for quotations and product information
- Process customer orders and work to bring Refrigeration customers on Ecommerce format. *Skills and Behaviours*
- Minimum 5 years of Refrigeration Sales experience in the HVACR industry
- Expert refrigeration skills
- Post-secondary education in HVAC
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and customer service oriented
