**Position: Refrigeration Outside Specialist**

**Reporting to**: National Refrigeration Manager

**Location**: Ottawa, Ontario
- CE is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. CE proudly distributes the Carrier, Bryant and Payne brands of HVAC equipment for the use in Commercial and Residential markets, as well as a full-line of aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories. CE has over 38 locations across Canada. We are currently accepting internal and external applicants for a Refrigeration Outside Specialist.

**The Opportunity**

The person will need to have strong refrigeration and compressor knowledge to be able to provide expert customer service to our refrigeration/compressor customers within the target area.
- Provide dedicated customer service and build strong relationships
- Grow refrigeration and compressor share of market for the Alberta Region and achieve agreed upon refrigeration and compressor financial goals
- Develop and implement market strategies and goals, account strategies and sales plans for the larger refrigeration customers in the Alberta region
- Work closely with the regional general manager and sales Center managers to identify refrigeration, compressor and parts opportunities as well as correct product and inventory levels to service customers
- Launch new products and ensure all products are priced and promoted at the correct market price level to secure the business
- Quote Refrigeration jobs, including cooler and freezer rooms, to customers and help select product for specific refrigeration needs
- Set up regular training for customers and store employees

**Skills and Behaviours**
- Minimum 5-10 years of Refrigeration Sales experience in the HVACR industry
- Refrigeration and compressor product, market and industry trend knowledge to be able to provide expert customer service and solutions to our refrigeration/compressor customers in Ottawa Ontario.
- Post-secondary education in HVAC
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
