Health Sciences North (HSN) is seeking an innovative leader for the position of Clinical Manager, Integrated Chronic Pain Program, OBIRS, CDSMP, Haven/Hemophilia, Cardiac & Pulmonary. The successful incumbent will provide leadership and direction through planning, organizing, and controlling of the day-to-day operations of the Integrated Chronic Pain Program, Outpatient Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service (OBIRS), Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP), HAVEN/Hemophilia Program and Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehabilitation. They will explore opportunities to expand, integrate, and improve the delivery of regional chronic disease management services.
