**Description**

The incumbent will be responsible for the accurate and timely facilitation of packaging of independent operation product lines and providing high-quality servicing, which meets the needs of both internal and external clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately assemble client documentation and deliver per set timelines;
- Communicate with Production team to maintain document/itinerary content levels;
- Proof passenger itineraries and documentation
- Maintain excellent understanding and knowledge of the current season’s tariff and special client arrangements
- Assist with pre-season preparation as required
- Facilitate daily and weekly reservation pulls for programs

**Position Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary
- Must be able to work from the Toronto office, 1 to 2 days a week.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Demonstrated attention to detail and able to deliver a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Dedicated to providing a high level of customer service
- Able to plan, organize, set priorities, manage processes, and measure results
- Able to communicate effectively, both orally and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
