POSITION PURPOSE

Handles incoming bookings and service inquiries for airline reservations using Company resources to provide complete and accurate air itineraries for all TTC’s North America brands (AAT Kings, Adventure World Travel, Brendan Vacations, Contiki, Cost Saver, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold, and Trafalgar)..

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and implement contract bulk rules and restrictions, such as bulk fares, code-shares, routing, ticketing deadlines, and manage changes and cancellations effectively.
- Issue airline tickets adhering to both airline and company policies, including ticket issuance phases and exchanges.
- Notify customers proactively about changes in their air itinerary due to airline-initiated modifications.
- Process name corrections and other necessary adjustments in Amadeus and other in-house systems as per the established guidelines.
- Collaborate within the team to meet and exceed performance standards across all brands and fulfill departmental duties.
- Manage and process airline schedule changes, and communicate these promptly to all relevant parties.
- Maintain high efficiency and accuracy when processing queues according to department protocols.
- Uphold the integrity and reputation of both the company and our airline partners through diligent work.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry standards and technology advancements.
- Perform additional duties as required or assigned.

YOU
- Employment Experience: At least 1 year in the travel industry preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn in-house systems quickly. Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, with a strong emphasis on grammar and spelling.

OTHER QUALIFICTAIONS
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention to detail required.
- Excellent customer service skills essential.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as necessary.
- Familiarity with global destinations and understanding of airfare structures desirable.
