Job description

A Japanese fully licensed cryptocurrency trading and exchange platform provider is looking for a passionate and collaborative Business Operator for a full time worker.

=Who we are=

GMO-Z.COM BUSINESS SUPPORT CANADA Inc. is under the GMO Internet Group, which is a Japanese IT giant and launched its Internet business operation in 1995.

=Duties / Responsible for Operations Assistant=

Business contributing to smooth settlement of funds.

Surveillant transactions on the cryptocurrency market.

Monitor the customer’s transactions,: deposit, withdraw, buy and sell.

Execute the trading with other cryptocurrency service provider.

Communicate with our team in Tokyo.

Use our internal tools written in Japanese.

Monitor the transactions on blockchain.

Maintain various transaction data/records to be accurate.

Timely detect any errors and problems on our system, take quick countermeasures and report to the relevant person or department.

Responsible for the long-term maintenance of relationships among partners, regular understanding and check the cooperation between both parties.

Continuously explore the resources of other blockchain companies, complete cooperation model development and negotiation process.

Constantly learning about Internet technology, grasp the concept of latest industry and technology trends, able to provide innovative solutions

=Skills and abilities (must)=

Canadian or Permanent residents or Open Work Permit

Business level communication in Japanese

Business level communication in English

MS Office
- Excel(Advanced), Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Docs and other basic PC skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, use discretion, diplomacy and tact.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while continuously simplifying and prioritizing to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
