Position Overview:
As an IT and Network Administrator with Marketing Skills, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our IT systems, ensuring network security, and also drive our marketing initiatives. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, creative marketing flair, and strong problem-solving skills. You will have the unique opportunity to contribute to different aspects of our business, enhancing our technological capabilities while also promoting our brand.

**Responsibilities**:
1. IT and Network Administration:
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network security measures are up to date.

Implement data backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard critical information.

Provide technical support to internal teams, addressing IT-related concerns promptly.

Stay updated with industry trends and recommend technology upgrades to enhance efficiency.

2. Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Create engaging content, including blog posts, videos, graphics, and more, to attract and retain customers.

Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

3. Skills Enhancement:
Stay current with IT advancements and marketing trends to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Continuously improve your technical and marketing skills through training and self-directed learning.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT and network administration, including proficiency in systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and security implementation.

Strong grasp of marketing principles and experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing technology and business landscapes.

Any relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Google Analytics) would be a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
