Job Summary:
As a Package/Mail Screener at our telecommunications company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, facilities, and assets. You will be responsible for screening incoming packages and mail for any potential threats or prohibited items, adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe working environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough visual and physical inspections of incoming packages, mail, and deliveries.
- Utilize screening equipment, such as X-ray machines or chemical detection tools, to identify suspicious items.
- Collaborate with security personnel and other relevant departments to escalate and address any security concerns or breaches.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to individuals delivering or collecting packages.
- Maintain accurate records of screened items and report any discrepancies or irregularities.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to follow established security guidelines and protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.60-$25.90 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
