**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead & Manage the Crew** - Oversee labourers, finishers, and operators to ensure projects run efficiently.
- **Job Site Coordination** - Plan daily tasks, allocate resources, and maintain productivity on-site.
- **Equipment Operation** - Operate and oversee **skid steers, small hoes, and other job site equipment** when needed.
- **Quality Control & Safety** - Ensure all work meets company standards and enforce safety protocols.
- **Project Planning & Communication** - Work with the project manager and clients to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- **Material & Equipment Management** - Ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available and maintained.
- **Hands-On Work** - Willing to assist with concrete pours, finishing, and removals when needed.

**What We Offer**

**What We’re Looking For**
- **5+ years of experience** in concrete construction, including placing, finishing, and project management
- **Leadership experience** - Must have managed a crew before
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to **read and interpret blueprints and job plans**:

- Experience operating **skid steers, small hoes, and other equipment** is a strong asset
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- **Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required**

Pay: $97,500.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
