We are seeking a Benefits Consulting Administrator to join our Coughlin team in Ottawa.

The Benefits Consulting Administrator provides clerical and administrative support to the Consulting practice (Consultants, Associates and Analysts).

**The Benefits Consulting Administrator will**:

- Report downloading/processing
- Data entry
- Document review
- Document formatting
- Maintaining internal and external reference documents and systems
- General research and technical assistance support
- Coordinating and supporting of in-person and/or virtual meetings and events as needed
- Other standard administrative/clerical duties

**To be successful as a Benefits Consulting Administrator with Coughlin & Associates, you will need**:

- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office administration procedures.
- Excellent grammatical, spelling, and communication skills (both official languages an asset).
- Strong mathematical and reconciliation skills.
- The ability to maintain good public relations, both within and outside the organization.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and the ability to manage time effectively.
- The ability to adhere to existing company policies and procedures.
- The ability to use tact and discretion to maintain information in the strictest of confidence.
- Diploma or certificate in business administration or related field
- Certificates of completion of advanced Excel software
- A professional designation in the benefits industry (CEBS).
