**About the Role**
Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ø Helping customers with their orders in a timely and professional manner;
Ø Answering incoming phone calls;
Ø Responding to customer queries;
Ø Entering orders into a computer system and tracking those deliveries;
Ø Assisting with managing Inventory levels in the showroom;
**Our Must Haves**
The position requires: An individual with a High Energy level. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be self-motivated, able to be assertive with delivery staff and multi-task. Basic computer skills are necessary as some data entry is required. Must be able to work flexible hours and some overtime when required. Knowledge in the Building Industry would be an asset.
