**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position involves various tasks including food preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas to ensure food safety.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and promote menu items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in food preparation, serving, or cashiering is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
