**The Equipment Operator** is responsible for working independently clearing of snow from various properties in an efficient manner, promoting job worksite safety, while exhibiting pride and quality workmanship

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining clean sites, ensuring no property damage during snow removal by tractor or loader macine
- Respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.
- Maintain communication with supervisors or dispatch to report progress, and any issues encountered.
- Work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, and potentially at night, to ensure timely snow removal.
- Maintain records of work completed, including time logs, equipment maintenance records
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing conditions
- Follow designated routes and schedules for snow removal

Requirments
- MUST be available 24/7 on call, including weekends and holidays NOVMEBER 15TH TO APRIL 15TH
- MINIMUM of 2 years experience of commercial snow removal IN TRACTOR OR SIMILAR
- Must have transportation to jobsite or company office location
- Able to work extended shifts if required
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough snow removal
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of outdoor work in cold weather conditions

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
