PAUL BAKERY AND CAFÉ is a unique, French chain of bakery/café restaurants established over 130 years ago in the town of Croix, in North of France. **CASHIER / CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Greeting guests, taking orders and processing payments
- Preparing food and drinks
- Managing delivery and mobile orders
- Assembling orders and packaging take-out and delivery
- Keeping all surfaces clean and sanitary to ensure the safety for our guests, fellow crew members, and yourself

**Qualifications for Barista**
- Experience working in a café.
- Love giving exceptional customer service every day to every customer.
- Be available based on our requirements and schedules.
- Be positive and enjoy working with people.
- Being able to follow and respect PAUL manuals and booklets

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Must be familiarized with menu items.
- Providing fantastic customer experience and building relationships.
- Answering the Cafe phone directing questions and inquiries to different Team Members.
- Opening and closing tasks are complete in a timely manner.
- Tidying plates, cups, and cutlery.
- Maintaining a squeaky-clean cafe environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.65-$16.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Tips

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Cafe/Restaurant work: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- ENGLISH (required)
- FRENCH (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safety Certification (preferred)
- SERVE IT RIGHT (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
