- **The Opportunity**_
We’re seeking a Junior Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in the Durham Region, Markham and Vaughan areas. This role is perfect for someone with a few years of B2B sales experience who’s ready to step up, grow their skills, and maximize their earning potential. With uncapped commissions, your income grows directly with your effort and results.
- **What You’ll Do**_
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities — prospecting, cold calling, and building your sales pipeline.
- Meet clients in person, tour their sites, and understand their unique needs.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals that solve real business challenges.
- Manage your deals using CRM tools and stay on top of your sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with a supportive sales team and leverage in-house admin/proposal support.
- **What You Bring**_
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience (experience in service industries is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of the GTA business landscape.
- Valid driver’s license + vehicle (car allowance provided).
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
