AutoPlanet Brampton is looking for a **Concierge** to join their dynamic team.

**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:

- Greet people coming into the dealership, direct them to the appropriate contact and determine the nature of their visit.
- Answers basic customer inquiries.
- Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduces the customer to a Sales Manager.
- Analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
- Serves as telephone back-up.
- Serves as clerical back-up.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees.
- Utilize systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.
- Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
- Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
- Other duties as required by management.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience and strong computer skills required.
- Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
- Merchandising experience is an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail.

**This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience and bonus earnings**
