**JOB OVERVIEW**:
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring new and existing clients are properly identified, and guided through the purchasing process, service recommendations, and resolve complaints/concerns. Responsible for new client acquisition and service line expansion of existing clients.

**KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES**:

- Identify areas for innovation in order to improve our customer experience in a productive way
- Collaborate with the operations team by understanding the voice of the customer as it relates to Key Performance Indicators and identify actionable opportunities to improve performance
- Maintain an understanding of JADA’s entire portfolio of clients and develop plans and strategies for disposing and acquiring of new clients within JADA’s Strategic Plan.
- Work with the marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration; ideally in Marketing, Communications or related

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Perform as an integral team member at JADA Solutions (HSE) Inc. and provide training and mentoring as required;
- Strong interpersonal skills; Strong decision making/problem solving abilities; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven team player with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills;
- Knowledge of the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations and code as well as other legislation pertaining to health in an industrial setting an asset;
- Knowledge with HSE consulting an asset
- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Work will be performed in various industrial, commercial and institutional settings. The position will also include travel out of town and time in an office setting as needed.

**COMPENSATION PACKAGE**:

- Access to a Health Spending Account.
- Reimbursed for work-related expenses and mileage.
- $55,000 - $65,000 per year starting salary commensurate with experience.
