JADA Solutions is seeking highly motivated and independent Relationship Specialist to join our growing Business Development team. Our Relationship Specialist is responsible for building and servicing their territory by developing strong business relationships with potential and existing accounts across multiple industries. Successful, hard-working employees with JADA Solutions experience rewards and satisfying personal growth.
JADA Solutions is seeking a person with a Safety or Industrial Hygiene background to help maintain and grow our Client Relationships.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the Safety and/or Hazardous Materials and Industrial Hygiene fields
- Proven success in B2B Outside sales
- Valid driver’s license
- Highly self motivated, outgoing individual with a resilient nature
- Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Exhibit high integrity in business setting with a strong customer focus
- Results focused, goal oriented
- Ability to learn and be trained on JADA Solutions selling techniques and extensive service lines
**Qualifications**:
- Proven history in building relationships and acquiring outside contracts.
- Ideally will possess a technical background in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Hazardous Materials or equivalent industry experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to deal with large customer base.
- Energetic and self-motivated and determined to meet challenges with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and remain focused on individual and team goals.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Safety, Industrial Hygiene or Hazardous Materials: 3 years (required)

- Drivers License (required)
