Veritas Seniors is looking for part time caring and compassionate individual who want to improve the lives of seniors. Must be willing 3 hour shifts 11:30 - 2:30.
We specialize in senior care providing personal care and a variety of household tasks from companionship to making meals, housekeeping, accompany to appointments, grocery shopping, laundry or other duties to keep our seniors safe, happy and satisfied in what ever is required of us.
This is rewarding work we do everyday and we are looking to add that special person to our team.
You have the following qualities:
Experience and skill with personal care needs. Ability to connect with seniors using excellent listening and communication skills to provide excellent care and understanding to seniors.
Be an advocate for your client(s), communicating their needs and concerns.
Understand Dementia or have an active willingness to learn exhibiting patience and genuine interest to work with those who have Dementia or Alzheimer's Disease.
Must drive and have your own vehicle.
You will have regular clients and may consider filling in as required.
You will follow Infection Control Protocols to protect our seniors and yourself.
All our work is done with the utmost dignity, compassion and respect.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $16.76-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 9 - 20 per week
