In this role, you will guide clients who are about to retire and recommend the best solutions to achieve their personal financial goals.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Help clients be ‘retirement ready’ using advanced planning tools.
- Conduct investment risk assessments to determine clients’ risk tolerance.
- Provide solutions aligned with your clients’ personal goals.
- Proactively call and take calls from existing group retirement savings plan members who are retiring or approaching retirement and assist them navigate through their retirement income options.
- Engage clients and create positive experiences to retain and deepen relationships.
- Foster and participate in a work environment that values people, invites creativity, and celebrates learning.
- Use your outstanding computer knowledge and capability to operate database systems.
- Stay informed about industry products, policy, and procedure changes.
- College degree.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in financial services, financial planning, sales or client services.
- Requirement: A valid and active Life License in Ontario (LLQP) or Insurance of persons and Group annuity plans licenses in Quebec.
- Certified financial planner (CFP) designation: an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills, autonomy and team spirit.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
