**Job Summary**:
The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the HR department and ensuring the efficient operation of HR-related tasks. This position will play a large part in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance. The HR Administrator will be a crucial role in supporting the HR team and contributing to the overall success of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Employee Records Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR data entry, and document management within our Training Management system (TMS).
- **Benefits Administration**: Responsible for the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- **Compliance**: Assist with compliance of employment laws and regulations. Assist in preparing compliance reports and maintaining required documentation.
- **Employee Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries and provide administrative support for employee relations issues.
- **Training Coordination**: Responsible for ensuring all employees have proper training assignments, project training set up within TMS, organizing and maintaining groups and requirements within the training system and coordinating employee training and booking of required training.
- **General Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including any assistance required by new hires, existing employees, record keeping of training and confidential documents, and handling correspondence.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have formal education from recognized institution in Human Resources
- Will consider new graduates with right skillset and attitude.
- Experience in recruiting and job fairs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 platform and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new platforms and custom systems quickly
- Strong background in recruitment would be considered an asset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must live in Calgary and have Canadian drivers license and have reliable transportation
