**About The Role**

This role will be working directly under our Senior Manager, Product & Partnerships with the opportunity to grow and expand into a newly created role depending on your strengths and passions.

**Role and Expectations**:

- Draft and maintain procedures; Analyze existing work practices, identify, and implement process improvement opportunities in collaboration and under the direction of Senior Management;
- Manage relationships with third-party partners/service providers and act as a liaison between Senior Manager and third-party partners/service providers, updating internal processes as required;
- Creating and managing product documentation;
- Work in collaboration with different departments to develop, document, and refine workflows to improve existing operations and processes
- Collaborate with Senior Manager and internal stakeholders in planning, designing, and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Efficiently communicate key process changes, summarize new features and applicability and present to stakeholder
- Work in conjunction with different departments to collaborate on projects and drive business changes
- Document processes in formats that support staff training and communication

**Requirements**:

- Must be a positive, passionate, team player
- Savvy on the computer specifically Microsoft Word
- 3+ years experience in a professional role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely organized
- Post-secondary education considered an asset
- Previous experience in the payment industry is an asset
- Familiarity with In Design, Illustrator or Canva is an asset

While we offer training and mentorship from a very experienced team, you will also be expected to learn autonomously with mínimal supervision.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
