We are seeking a **Production Supervisor**to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**: To ensure effective oversight of all Brook Restoration projects, which includes the following:

- Supervise and provide leadership to project managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive team and project management teams.
- Visit project sites across the GTA to review progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, addressing any deviations proactively.
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across multiple projects.
- Maintain up-to-date records and provide regular reports to the executive team on project statuses.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 15+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and manage project managers effectively.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across the GTA.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Experience in the restoration or renovation sector.
- Familiarity with construction management software.
- Strong network within the construction and restoration industry.

**Salary**:

- $160,000 per year, plus bonus based on performance.

- Fluency in English required.
