Edmonton, Canada Zenith Development Full time

We are an Edmonton-based residential developer bringing **plumbing fully in-house** to support our growing portfolio of standardized multi-family and townhouse projects.

This role is for an experienced **Journeyman Plumber / Plumbing Lead** who wants **stable work, clean builds, and leadership responsibility** — without service calls, after-hours emergencies, or chasing unpaid change orders.

**About the Role**

You will lead our internal plumbing division focused **exclusively on our own new-build residential projects**.

**No service work. No custom homes. No retail clients.**
Just repeatable, efficient plumbing installs across consistent building designs.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading plumbing scope on low-rise multifamily / townhouse projects
- Underground, rough-in, and final plumbing
- Coordinating inspections and resolving deficiencies
- Managing material takeoffs and site readiness
- Standardizing layouts, details, and processes
- Training and overseeing 4-5 journeymen/apprentices as volume grows
- Working closely with site supers to maintain schedule and quality

This is a **leadership and execution role**, not a piecework position.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Journeyman Plumber (Alberta) - **required**:

- Master Plumber designation or permit authority **strong asset**:

- 5+ years residential new-construction experience
- Strong knowledge of Alberta Plumbing Code & City of Edmonton inspections
- Organized, calm, and reliable on multi-site projects
- Interested in long-term growth and division leadership
- Comfortable working on standardized buildings at scale

**Compensation & Structure**
- **Base salary**: $100,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)
- **Performance bonus**: $20,000 - $50,000+
- **Total compensation**: $120,000 - $170,000+
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
- Tools provided
- Stable, year-round work

High performers will have the opportunity to **grow and lead the plumbing division** as project volume increases.

**Why Join Us**
- Predictable schedules
- Clean, modern residential builds
- Standardized layouts and systems
- Strong site and management support
- No customer-facing service calls
- Real long term growth potential

We are building a **long-term in-house trades team**, not a short-term crew.

Pay: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Company car
- Dental care
- Extended health care

Work Location: In person
