Plumbing and Heating Project Manager

**We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Plumbing and Heating Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex plumbing and HVAC projects from inception to completion. Preference will be given to those with a proven track record in Multi family and commercial new construction. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and technical schematics will drive successful outcomes across residential, commercial, or industrial plumbing and heating installations. - Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing and heating projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules utilizing construction management software such as Primavera P6 or HeavyBid to track progress and resource allocation.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify project scope and identify potential challenges early in the process.
- Manage procurement processes by estimating costs accurately using construction estimating tools; oversee contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Utilize construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam for document control, change order management, and communication across teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to align project objectives with design specifications.
- Oversee project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports.
- Implement effective time management strategies to keep projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
- Facilitate clear communication among team members to promote collaboration and troubleshoot any delays or obstacles efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices related to plumbing and HVAC systems.

- Proven experience managing plumbing or heating installation projects within commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong background in construction site management with a focus on plumbing systems or HVAC infrastructure.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 (or Primavera), HeavyBid, Civil 3D for civil design coordination.
- Demonstrated ability in construction estimating, project scheduling, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration.
- Familiarity with construction site safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of project management principles applied specifically to plumbing/heating systems installation projects. Pay: $57,912.69-$128,446.10 per year
