As a Logistic Support Specialist, you will collaborate with the logistics team to optimize supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating supply chain activities, managing inventory levels, tracking shipments, and resolving logistics issues. With attention to detail and problem-solving skills, you will ensure the timely delivery of products and the smooth flow of goods throughout the supply chain.

**What You Will Do**:

- Coordinate and manage the flow of goods, materials, and information within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment or disposal actions as needed.
- Utilize logistics software systems to track shipments, update inventory records, and generate reports.
- Identify and resolve logístical issues and delays to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as customs and safety requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to warehouse and logistics personnel, promoting best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in French (required) and English (preferred).
- Proactive and open-minded, displaying initiative.
- Experienced in logistic support, coordinating supply chain activities.
- Skilled in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**It would be a plus if you also have**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience with Order Management Systems and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Passion for sustainability and an interest in working for a brand-focused organization.
- Experience in a startup environment or familiarity with startup culture.
- A self-starting individual comfortable working independently and in teams.
- Proactive and open-minded personality with demonstrated initiative.
