**Provide Personalized Learning Support**

  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to strengthen their understanding of **Math, Science (Chemistry, Physics, Biology), English, and Social Studies** (K-12 & university level).
  • Adapt teaching methods to match each student’s learning style and pace.
  • Identify academic gaps and develop targeted strategies to help students succeed.

**Assist with Homework, Assignments & Exam Prep**

  • Help students **complete assignments, projects, and prepare for tests** with confidence.
  • Explain **difficult concepts in an easy-to-understand way** to improve comprehension.
  • Teach students effective **study habits and problem-solving skills**.

**Build Confidence & Encourage Academic Growth**

  • Provide **positive reinforcement** and motivation to help students gain self-confidence.
  • Teach students how to **think critically, analyze problems, and develop strong learning habits**.
  • Encourage a growth mindset, showing students that they can **improve with effort and practice**.

**Create a Supportive & Engaging Learning Environment**

  • Foster a safe, encouraging space where students feel comfortable asking questions.

**Qualifications**

  • Currently a University Student or has a University Degree
  • Strong tutoring and teaching abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
  • Patience and understanding in guiding students through challenges

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
