Interested in helping students achieve academic success? If so, consider a tutor position with Sylvan Learning Centre in **St. Albert**. Sylvan is recruiting individuals who can teach Sylvan prescribed programs in math, reading, and writing, and individuals who can tutor high school math and science. Tutors work with students in a 3:1 setting in centre, providing individualized instruction to each student. Tutoring is offered to students 4-8 pm on weekdays and daytime hours on Saturday.

Applicants with a B.Ed. degree are preferred, and applicants are accepted who have a degree or who are in the 3rd or 4th year of a degree program. The person who best qualifies has a positive attitude, works well with students of all ages, and is an effective motivator.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-20 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
