We’re on the lookout for a proactive, dedicated, and team-oriented HR Specialist to join our Support Office in Winnipeg In this essential role, you’ll dive into all things HR—recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations—helping us drive the ROBINSON people experience.

**What You’ll Be Up To**

  • Recruitment Rockstar: Take the reins of our recruitment process, from crafting compelling job postings and screening resumes to conducting interviews and selecting top talent.
  • Employee Champion: Be the go-to person for employee inquiries and concerns, creating a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Performance Partner: Guide managers and employees through the performance management experience
  • Data Detective: Dive into our human capital management platform, Ceridian Dayforce, to compile and analyze data that informs our strategies.
  • Reporting Wizard: Create insightful data reports that tackle business challenges and enhance decision-making.
  • Committee Collaborator: Represent HR in various Support Office committees, including our social committee.
  • Project Support: Provide technical and administrative assistance on exciting HR projects that elevate the ROBINSON people experience.

**What You’ll Bring**

  • 3 to 4 years of HR experience, including employee relations.
  • A post-secondary degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A creative, results-driven, and organized approach to your work.
  • Proven success in using technology to enhance processes and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience delivering training and presentations.
  • Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce is a bonus.
